The initial KMSBridge site has no account system, database, payment processor, or server-side screenshot upload. The support form prepares a local summary and opens Discord.
Information you choose to share
When continuing to Discord, users may choose to share a Discord username, email address, support description, and redacted screenshots. The production policy must accurately describe Discord handling and any future KMSBridge storage.
Sensitive information
Never send passwords, OTP codes, backup or recovery codes, full payment card numbers, or sensitive identity information. Screenshots should be reviewed and redacted before sharing.
Third-party services
Discord and any future analytics, payment, hosting, or support providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. List every production provider here before launch.
Final review required
Add accurate retention periods, lawful bases, regional rights, contact details, cookie practices, subprocessors, and an effective date after the final technical stack is known.
